About The Job has pulled together COVID relief package and payment options to help assist employers, and recruiters, find staff in difficult times and when budgets are sensitive to say the least. We want you to know, we've got your back!
Over the past two months About The Job has been looking in to ways we can adapt our model so that employers and recruiters can continue to recruit, without having the stress and strains of affordability looming over any future survival or growth plans they might have going in to 2021.
The COVID Relief Recruitment Payment Plan
Introduced on 1st November 2020, About The Job now offers the COVID Relief Recruitment Payment Plan. This option is open to all Employers and Recruiters and with no red tape or credit checks. Whether you're recruiting to manage natural staff turnover or, more positively, recruiting due to expansion; you can now activate the payment plan.
Initially launched for just Job Advertising Packages, the scheme has now been rolled out for our Membership and Hybrid Agency Services.
- Package/service values must be £500 or more
- Payments can be split over 1, 2 or 3 months
- Package/service values over £2,000 can also be extended over a 4th month if required.
COVID Relief Changes to Membership
Our membership service is very popular with employers for two reasons. 1. They only pay once a successful candidate has been placed. 2. The cost of the successful placement is a low cost, flat fee which is agreed on sign up.
Any new employers wishing to join our membership service, before the 31st March 2021, can activate the membership without paying the initial sign up fees usually required. We'll add these associated costs to the first placement invoice which will also qualify for the COVID Relief Recruitment Payment Plan too.
COVID Relief Changes to the Hybrid Agency Service
The Hybrid Agency Service evolved naturally from our membership service. There are no sign up fees, no red tape. The cost of the service is 5% and is applicable for the first 3 placements. From the 4th Placement the fees are:
- 5% up to £40K
- 7.5% £40-50K
- 10% £50K +
This service includes the marketing of a vacancy to our audience of over 475,000 job seekers across East Anglia (if required). Applications are managed via our team and this includes light filtering. Your account manager can also deal with general communication with prospective candidates and arrange interviews too. We don't stand in the way of our clients talking to the candidates direct; just as long as we're kept in the loop.
As of 1st November 2020, this service is now open to the COVID Relief Recruitment Payment Plan.
I'm sure we'll all get back to some sort of normal but for now, I hope this news is well received and we look forward to helping as many employers and recruiters navigate the turbulent market over the next 6-12 months or so.
