The Partnership

About The Job (ATJ) was selected to aid Kartell UK with their recruitment needs in March 2018 with a focus on Commercial, Warehouse and Distribution based positions.

Kartell UK signed up to ATJ's membership service. This is a pay on success model which allows employers to advertise jobs without any upfront costs.

ATJ advertised Kartell UK's jobs via a number of platforms including AboutTheJob.co.uk, AboutTheCVMatch, Facebook, Google4Jobs, Indeed and a network of job boards called Jobg8.com. The combined job seeker audience across these platforms exceeds 400,000+ on any given job advert campaign

In addition to advertising Kartell UK's jobs, ATJ also filtered and qualified candidates CV's (for each job respectively)  before sending them on to the HR Team (and in some instances, Line Managers) at KartelL UK.

Through their own selection process, Kartell UK let ATJ know which of the candidates they would like to interview and the dedicated Account Manager at ATJ arranged the interviews.

Once interviews had taken place, Kartell UK notified ATJ of the candidate they would like to employ and, via their selected ATJ Account Manager, a job offer was put to the candidate. In scenario's were a candidate wasn't found, the advertising process was repeated.

Only then, on the candidates acceptance, was an invoiced raised against the successful placement.
