Kartell UK are a leading distributor of bathroom and heating products. The Wigan office are looking for a permanent, full time sales office administrator to join their team. The team are responsible for the accurate processing of all sales orders which total approximately 2,500 per week being extremely fast paced and busy.
The role itself will involve:
- Dealing with phone calls - both customers placing orders and enquiries
- Processing all sales orders
- Dealing with spares requests and basic returns
- Monitoring the sales inbox
- Working closely with transport and warehouse
- Resolving customers questions
- Maintaining high levels of customer service
Key skills we are looking for in a candidate are:
- Ability to multi task
- Good team player
- Experience within working in the bathroom industry preferred but not essential
- Good telephone manner
- Computer literate including Microsoft office suite
Experience in a similar role would be preferable.
Salary may be negotiated if the right candidate has bathroom industry experience.
