Kartell UK are a leading distributor of bathroom products. The Bedford office are looking for a permanent returns administrator to join their team. The team are responsible for all day to day returns activities.
The role itself will involve
- Implementing the companies returns policies
- Dealing with phone calls regarding returns
- Processing returns and following up all requests
- Monitoring the returns inbox
- Working closely with warehouse and transport
- Following up all paperwork
- Resolving customers questions
- Maintaining high levels of customer service
Key skills we are looking for in a candidate are
- Ability to multi task and be well organised
- Good team player
- Good attention to detail
- Great communication skills and telephone manner
- Computer literate including Microsoft office suite
Experience in a similar role would be preferable.
Salary will be dependent on experience and discussed at interview
