Job Description

We are seeking a positive person to join our friendly office team. The role will be varied but fundamentally focused on supporting customer services, office & business administration, and business development objectives.

The Person

  • The role will suit someone who is keen to learn, positive, motivated, reliable, flexible, organised and with great written/oral communication skills.
  • You will have an attention to detail and take pride in what you do.
  • Applicants will need to have GCSE grades 9- 4 / A*- C in English and Mathematics.
  • Internal training in what we do and how we do it will also be provided in addition to the optional external training.

Our office is based on a farm in Riseley, but many staff live in or around Bedford and it is a similar travel time from St Neots - all are under 30 minutes drive.

The office hours are 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday, although sometimes we may need a bit of flexibility during busy periods.

Salary is dependent on experience, you can also earn more via bonuses. Staff are entitled to free lawn treatments at their residence.
