We are looking for methodical, dedicated and commercially minded IT Manager to join our Bicester based business. You will be responsible for supporting the company with all IT tasks principally around SAP B1 and Microsoft Azure networks in a fully cloud hosted environment.  Able to demonstrate both the technical expertise and commercial drive to support a fast-growing agile business operating principally in the school furniture market.

Primary duties:

  • ERP administration through SAP B1, data updating and continued customisation to improve business processes across the organisation (with support available by 3rd party)
  • Microsoft Azure Administration including Azure AD, InTune, O365, MS Teams, Sharepoint
  • Workflow analysis and system development to help rationalise and streamline business processes through the effective use of IT
  • 1st line support to all users – troubleshooting IT software and equipment, training
  • Network hardware administration
  • Working with internal and external teams to manage cloud based phone system.
  • Responsible for the security and maintenance of all networks and users.
  • Responsible for the IT budget
  • Tracks inventory and status for hardware and software throughout the organisation
  • Establishes relationships with technology vendors
  • Advises about organisation's IT equipment, networking, and connectivity needs and purchases products, parts, and services as necessary
  • Develops and maintains emergency plans for equipment, power, or security failure to preserve technology and data
  • Researches and stays up-to-date regarding new IT equipment and solutions

Candidate specification:

Strong Technical knowledge:

  • SAP B1 inc Boyum B1UP
  • Microsoft Azure Administration including Azure AD, InTune, O365, MS Teams, Sharepoint
  • SQL writing
  • Network administration
  • Business process analysis and development
  • A firm understanding of system integration across multiple platforms.
  • Database management
  • Firewall administration

Hours: Full Time, Monday – Friday

Salary dependant on experience
