Client Support:

  • Responsible for setting up new client accounts for both Verifile and Workpass, including completing company credit checks, reviewing SLA’s and client proposals
  • Responsible for updating existing client accounts with new produces, packages of products and pricing
  • Managing user permissions for the Verifile system, ensuring that they are accurate and kept up to date
  • Ensuring that the clients have ordered the background checks most appropriate to their needs and amend order if necessary.
  • Reviewing a completed screening form and identify gaps, trends and issues in information provided by candidates.
  • Reviewing candidates CV’s to check for discrepancies in the candidates information
  • Responsible for responding to incoming enquiries from clients, through various channels, ensuring a prompt and accurate response.
  • Providing support to clients and assisting with any difficulties they may experience with the Verifile processes or system.
  • Manage client audit pack requests ensuring that the correct permissions are given at all times.
  • Resonsible for the management of the candidate payment process.
  • Accurately record all communication with clients in order to facilitate effective information sharing across the Verifile teams.
  • Compile monthly management information (MI) reports.

Essential Skills:

  • Previous experience of working within a customer facing role
  • Fluent English
  • Good typing and data entry skills
  • Good computer skills, including email, the internet and MS Office.
  • Minimum of 3 GCSE’s (including Maths and English at Grade C), or equivalent

Desirable Skills:

  • Fluent in a second language
  • Knowledge or experience of the HR Industry
  • A passion for working with technology and using it to help us advance our mission
