Job Description

Morley’s is a Bicester based company supplying educational furniture for over 90 years.  Driven by a friendly and dedicated small team we are one of the market leaders in our field.  Supported by a large retail group we continue to extend our market share and as a result continue to grow our team and are now looking for additional support in our finance department.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily bank reconciliations
  • Processing delivery notes to invoices, raising pre-invoices and emailing
  • Consolidating invoices
  • Posting Purchase ledger Invoices and credit notes
  • Reconciling purchase ledger statements
  • Supplier payments
  • Barclaycard, Sagepay, Paypal reconciliations
  • Extracting report for month end accounts
  • General accounts department administration and filing
  • Some credit control covering holidays

Skills:

  • AAT or proven equivalent experience
  • Intermediate Excel
  • Good attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic

37.5 hrs per week
